Hello everyone!

I haven't changed my journal in nearly two years! Wow, there is so much to catch up on... How's about I help by giving you a list formation?
-my boyfriend broke up with me over a silly little email
-I graduated school (majoring in marine biology)
-a music icon and my muse and idol died; Michael Joseph Jackson
-my mother was diagnosed with cancer
-my little sister ran off to London to school and live with her boyfriend
-and that is all my memory allows at the moment

Well, I've got a little time right now. I am sitting with my mother in the hospital (she sleeping). Chemotherapy takes a lot out of you, or so I'm told (although it is 11:45, I just can't sleep). She looks so pale, with deep dark rings under her eyes. I'm told its just a routine check because of her being in such a fragile state, and they wanted to keep her over night. But it worries me how completely helpless and, well, fragile seems the only word at the moment.
